TASKS:
  • Improve the hiring funnel: We want to increase the fill rate of vacancies from 60% to 80% and reduce the time to fill specific vacancies from 40-60 to 30 days;
  • Coordinate the HR department: Monitor the hiring plan, oversee the quality of interviews and candidate selection;
  • Manage the team: Be responsible for the work of the HR manager and recruiter, and develop their professional skills;
  • Establish HR analytics and process digitization: A dashboard for regularly calculating key metrics, and analyze data to improve processes;
  • Manage the budget: Plan and control the HR department's budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources;
  • Generate reports: Collect and analyze data and establish regular reporting;
  • Develop and strengthen the HR brand: develop and implement a strategy to enhance the company's image as an employer, and ensure participation in HR events and exhibitions;
  • Conduct regular market analysis: we want to understand what bonuses and salaries competitors are offering to applicants for similar positions, monitor changes promptly, identify trends, and update the HR strategy based on these changes;
  • Independently interview candidates for top positions: we don't expect the HR Director to be involved in recruiting, but we would like them to personally conduct interviews with top management candidates;
  • Supervise international management: we expect the candidate to be responsible for organizing HR processes, including analyzing the local labor market, finding an HR contractor, creating a staffing schedule, and organizing onboarding.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
  • Experience in the HoReCa sector (preferred);
  • Successful experience building HR processes from scratch and increasing recruitment efficiency;
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and interviewing skills;
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and methods, and experience working with various candidate search channels;
  • Analytical thinking, documentation skills, and knowledge of labor laws.
